Worked in highway construction with HEB. Not a known relative of fellow juror Charles Samford.

Charles Samford

Maintenance worker at Kerrville State Hospital. Came forward in 2002, signing an affidavit stating that the prosecution’s repetitious playing of the “silly string” video at trial, and Darlie’s behaviour therein, had been his main reason to find her guilty. Had he seen it in its entirety, he said, he would have chosen not to convict.
